Made the mistake thinking we had a account with this bank when I went to get 5s and 1s for business. The older lady on the right side of the counter was not wanting to help in any way and must have been having a awful day. I understand policy as I help write policies for business as well, but it is all about how you communicate policies that make the difference. I would have rated this place a zero BUT... Kristen, the lead cashier, was the saving grace. She helped me out even though she didnt have to. In a super competitve industry it is crucial to have the best people representing the brand. Hope this insight can help this location.

I am sick and tired of being ripped off by banks. Wells Fargo charges $7.50 to cash a check drawn on thier bank if you do not have an account with them. Since they charge this ridiculous fee I will never open account with Wells Fargo. No telling what other fees they charge their customers. I love my credit union

Customer service is not used here. Bankers are not knowledgeable of products and proper documents required. Do yourself a favor and skip stopping at this one. Unless you just need to use the ATM. That works great, and beats the employees hand down.
