WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced at this type of establishment. Went in to open and account and received such poor service and they were reluctant to answer questions. Then, it came time for them to Close and we were not finished, they advised that we would just have to come back another time to finish opening the account. FORGET IT and walked out. The Manager of the place has the worst Customer Service skills I have seen. BEWARE if you want good customer service and want to feel secure about your money.

I live in Carrollton. Everybody is polite and the Carrollton office is great. Sadly they have close on weekend because of low business. Try and approach the city workers in Carrollton. Credit unions are the best for working people.
