Very rude. The lady my mother and i got was very rude and didnt want to help us at all. The first thing out of her mouth when we told her what we needed to do was i dont think ill be able to help you today! My mom got up and said we will go to another branch that knows what they are doing and the banker immediately insisted we sit back down. She knew she was wrong. We went over to lakeland and they were glad to help us, the other lady completely lied to us and was plain lazy not wanting to help us, probably the most pathetic banker ive ever met...

I love Wells Fargos convenience but this branch can get ridiculously busy. In my first month using this branch they deposited money in the wrong account, missed a form when opening my account, and repeatedly gave wrong info. I try to visit this branch as rarely as possible.

This can be a busy branch but they work hard to get through the teller lines. One of the managers I think, Jessi, is professional and polite making my experience easier when I had a difficult banking situation recently. Love this branch!
