Not such a good bank after all. I had fraud on my account two years ago instead of them running the correct procedures they are forcing me to pay back the money and also threatened to call the police. Here it is two years later and I am still having to pay off for a situation I had no control over.

Wife and I have been members since ‘13. We’ve only had good experiences, but do your homework and be aware some obvious drawbacks to banking at a local credit union vs national chains (most obviously lack of ATM locations). Try to come before or after the lunch rush and you should be fine
