I called the number listed on the web page and put my phone on speaker and have been on hold for 47 minutes at the present. It is now 3:45 P M on thursday the 9th of August. I can see that you are on the ball and appreciate the business. Way to go. I will be sure to tell all my friends and colleagues about the wonderful service that you provide.

Poor service, severely understaffed. App never works, online banking is severely disorganized and not user friendly. I have to visit the bank and wait long periods of time to obtain simple information that could be obtained with a more functional online service. Loans are a difficult process. Do not recommend.

The long wait is because there is only 3 locations. Rivers ave is serving james island, downtown ,mtpleasant wademala island, daniels island, west of the ashley ,north charleston ect.... So lines are long they need a branch downtown that is the best solution. But everyone is very nice! Thx!

I love Navy Fed, but this branch on Rivers, by far has to be the worst one. Very under staffed for location. I have never had to wait so long to receive service at any bank. Drive thru takes almost an hour to get service 6 cars. 10 mins per car, that is ridiculously.

service is great, but you have to wait in line forever. They should just clear the middle of the room and add an ass ton of chairs so you can sit. Kinda like the dmv, ugh i want to take a shower for saying that...

I love this bank! The only drawback is the wait most of the time. Being a military bank the wait can be pretty long sometimes.
