During a recent custody dispute with a family member my mother and I hired Attorney Dana M. Eberle-Peay with this firm in New Albany, IN. I cannot say enough good things about Dana and how she handled our case. She was professional and went above and beyond in researching current case law as it applied to our petition. She stood up in court and fought for us and to keep everyone on topic according to the law. She was willing to go every extra mile to make sure our side won. She made sure we were updated as soon as anything was ruled upon or dates were set. If you need someone to fight hard for you in family court she is the one you need to hire. There is no one who is better qualified. I will always go back to Dana in the event I need Legal council. I highly recommend her and the firm.
