I had an emergency custody situation with my 2 year old son. His safety was being put at risk by his father and I was terrified as well as clueless as to what to do or how to do it. Mr. Tibbs acted immediately on my sons behalf to keep him safe and to ensure that in order for his father would be held to the highest standarfs of accountability by the courts. He did all of this within 2 weeks, with the first course of action being done within just hours of our first conversation regarding the circumstances I found myself and my son in. I cried tears of joy when he called to tell me my child was safe and would remain that way. What seemed like a terrible, helpless situation turned into the most pleasant and reassuring experience. He kept my child safe, and that is the most important thing in the world to me. I have since referred anyone and everyone I know in need of legal representation to Mr. Tibbs and they too have had nothing but positive experiences as well. I highly recommend Mr. Tibbs, I cannot say enough about what an amazing, and CARING , attorney he is. Thank you Mr. Tibbs!

Mr Tibbs attorney. He recently took on a very difficult parenting case in family court for my son. My experience with Mr. Tibbs was nothing but positive. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about how the court system works (especially family court) He has a real Pit Bull type of attitude (the kind of lawyer you want defending you) he will fight with every ounce of energy he has to win your case but be warned you must have patience with him ,these cases do not get solved overnight and it takes time for him to get back with you. But he will get back with you in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney
