From the very first day I talked with Jay about my case, until the day my case was settled, Jay made me feel like he truly cared about me as a person, not just a client. Jay stayed confident, in a case where I thought I had no chance to win. He always kept me up to date on everything ... he made sure I knew exactly what was happening thru-out the entire process. I never had to worry or question him about what was going on with my case. I used his "shoulder to cry on" many times, and he was always there for me ... he never let me feel like I was a bother, or wasting his time.
