I would not recommend this institution to anyone out there, specially Hispanics stay away from this people, they treat you like piece of crap, talk to you, like you are ignorant and they harass you with their payment 2 weeks before the payment is due, and 3 call per day before 3 days if your payment is not made yet.. this is the worse place to do business with I am very unpleasant with their customer services, The Hispanic speakers treat you like you are an ignorant and act like they are better than you.. I f I can go and leave the car on their financial institution I will... All of the years I been doing business with many other loan institutions I have never been treated more disrespectful than this place.

hi my name is eules reed in the last couple of months ive been had a lot going on dats been out of control every time I call first texas auto credit mr terry white also makes things right and comfortable for me my daughter was in a bad wreck lastnite n very life threthingthwy called me and told me she had deceased 5 min later they said they brought her back so I called mr terry white n told him what was going on he he done what he could to help me so I can go 435 miles to be there for my daughter mr white is very professional and nice at all times if I had to rate him from a 1 to a 10 he will get a 10 with no problem.so he deserves more than the 5 stars cause he will keep first credit with more customers.
