My experience with 1800gotjunk was excellent. I had been cleaning for days and wanted all the bags and " junk" gone right away. I called and they were here in 4 hours as promised with their staff calling me from the truck and keeping me posted on their arrival. They were courteous and kind and did exactly as they said they would. I was their last call and the guys ( Andy and Melvin) were truly a delight throughout the removal. Nothing phased them and no task was too small or big!! While the commercial may be annoying .... it conveys the truth and I was so pleased with their service I would have them back in a heartbeat. I am speechless. I had no idea what to expect from them. But if I could get rid of furniture another thing I would satisfied. Wow!!! they were funny and polite very friendly and willing to take everything I wanted gone. Just point and they take it. They take AAA. charge by how much you fill the truck. Not weight or items. Will take furniture to Savers. Best to have them do a truck load. Save money if you do it thst way. So now I will call them back for fall cleaning. Not thst I will mind

Great experience with 1800GotJunk. Rob and Chris are awesome. They looked over our piles and let us know what they could not take, and gave us a pricing estimate. Super friendly guys, put everything in the truck and put aside the other items that could not be taken (hazardous materials). Quick and efficient. The scheduling was easy, they called when they had left to come to our house and again when they were almost here. Definitely will be using this service again.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The guys that came to the house were very polite and professional. I got an accurate estimate before anybody started anything. They wanted to make sure that I was pleased with their estimate which I was. The work was done in a timely fashion and the price was resonable. I would definitely use them again.

The guys did a great job removing my old jaccuzzi. The bad side of it was, as they were coming up the street well over the posted speed. And as well the second truck was passing the first truck racing up the street past my house. We gave lots of kids on my street, this was unacceptable to see.

Maybe tell your drivers to drive safely and follow the speed at least keep it with in 10 MPH not double the speed limit. How do I know I had to catch up to him to get his license plate # in a car not a truck with a container.
