Absolutely horrid service. I went in to find a pink helmet for my daughters birthday. One of the gentleman told me that i needed to hurry up with my shopping as they were closing in 30 minutes....this was before i had even gone inside the building. When i went inside one of the women working there came right up to us (rather crowding us actually) and said they couldnt do much as they were closing in 30 minutes. I told her i was looking for a pink helmet for my daughter. She said okay and led us over to someone else, who went through all of the drawers behind her desk looking for papers that described helmet sizes for children. When i asked her if she had the pink helmets i had seen in indiana, kentucky and california (as i am an over the road trucker and go into the harley stores across the country). The lady promptly turned from her searching and said in an incredibly condescending tone that harley davidson doesnt carry pink childrens helmets. I told her that they did, and informed her of the other stores merchandise. She then blatantly reminded me that they were closing in ten minutes, and the stores i had been in before were obviously NOT harley davidson dealerships and they didnt even MAKE pink helmets. That was a deal breaker. I have seen pink childrens helmets at other harley davidson dealerships acroas the country, but obviously they were too concerned with leavinf for the evening to even research the subject. I wont be back for any biking needs.

On Wednesday August 3rd, I was returning home from a ride I made to my dads house. I was headed to little rock from Caney Kansas via Joplin, the bike felt like the tires were being grabbed on grooved pavement so I pulled over and saw that my rear tire had went flat. I called Hideaway HD they sent a truck and a trailer we loaded the bike and got it to the dealership a few miles away. At the dealership John helped me get the tire replaced and back on the road, while I was waiting I sat and talked to Wendy in the motor clothes department, What an amazing dealership these 2 people made a crappy day much better!! THANK YOU!! Its pretty rare to feel as welcomed as I did at the Joplin Hideaway HD Dealership Thanks again!

The staff at this location was incredible. My mother and I ran out of gas on the side of the road and they helped us without a moments hesitation. If they would go out of their way so quickly for someone who is not their customer I could only imagine how excellent their customer service would be. If I ever find myself in need of a Harley this will be my first stop. :D

Chipped paint on Harley and brought bike home and tried to start it 2 days later and would do nothing. I also had a $200 new battery put in. Put trickle charger on bat as they said to do and battery started to smoke. So know they must check that and send pieces of bike to have painted. Bike made it through tornado, but not their shop!

Went in for the first time to find my size in ladies helmets, jacket, boots etc and Sheldon was excellent in not only helping me find my size but explain the difference in materials and purpose for each item. The staff was very knowledgeable-I strongly reccomend.

Stopped in to buy a t-shirt, like I do at all Harley shops when I travel. Disappointed, I wanted a nice shirt with the Hideout logo but they all had cartoon characters on them. Never seen anything like it. You guys need to sell some serious adult type shirts.
