So thankful to Hoosier Insurance. After my first claim for a new roof with another highly-rated insurance company, I was shocked to learn of the surcharge I would incur as a result of the claim and decided to look for a new carrier. Hoosier Insurance located me better, more affordable auto and homeowners’ insurance from an equally, highly-rated company and my rates actually decreased from what they had been prior to my roof claim!! They took the time to go over everything with me and answer all my questions which is something that no other agent has ever done for me. It’s particularly nice to be able to call up and reach a person if I have any questions. Best change I ever made! Thank you!!

My auto was hit by a driver that ran a red light ,happened around 4:00 pm on a Saturday, left message for Jeff called me back in 10 minutes. First question wanted to know if I was injured, luckily not, then proceeded to explain about filing a claim with Erie Ins.and asked to call him back on Monday around 11:00. Everything was handled on Monday from filling claim to notifying claims adjuster.Car was totaled and check was in mailbox 10 days after accident.Excellent service from Jeff and Erie Insurance, job well done. High recommendation to both.
