Complacency and comfort zones are good for no one! I had spent the last 7 yrs with another reputable insurance company because their yearly premiums and service were good and assumed that was the norm. Was I wrong! Once I interacted with Mr. Williams I quickly realized that he and his team were different, going above and beyond with their attention to detail and overall customer serivce. Not only was he able to get me a much lower yearly premium for my home and auto policy but he also brought to my attention so many other options that State Farm has to offer. Great work Team!
