Waited over an hour to have a document notarized. And while I realize that people may go ahead of you based on the service you require, the young lady that ended up helping me was taking later arrivals ahead of me. I believe they take people based on the cost of the service. ( profit driven) Another young lady walked in from outside with a customer and proceeded to take him back to help him. Not cool when the waiting area is full and the line is out the door. On a good note the greeter was very curtious and professional.

Staff is terrible and rude. They are not organized. They do not commit to their actions.they will say one thing but do another.Will not be associating with them again.
