This fall, a lightning strike resulted in damage to our air conditioner, numerous electronics in our home, as well as totaling my automobile. As soon as we filed our claim, Allstate began coordinating the necessary people to compensate us. Their instructions were complete, their appraisals were very fair, and they kept us informed at every step. We had checks in hand more quickly than we expected. James Grusheski has been our agent for many years. Based on our experience over the years, and especially because of this loss, I highly recommend Allstate and this agency.

James. We have no complaints The only thing is that we wish you would review our policies and let us know if we are getting the best price and coverage. On another note we would like to know what will be required if we have damage with this hurricane. We will take pictures but we need to make sure we have everything in order for insurance purposes.
