After Hurricane Mathew hit Savannah and we were allowed back into our home, we got a knock on our door from our local insurance agent (David Pence) asking us how we fared the storm. Although I thought I was special, it turns out David went personally to all of his customers in the community to provide assistance to those needing help! I have been with Allstate for years but this is the first time I have ever received this type of proactive customer service! I am glad we recently switched agents and would recommend David Pence to anyone else who wants the best agent in town!
