I was very impressed with the fast and complete service that I got buying my car insurance with AAA. I was in a hurry and walked in trying to get insurance and to the tag office before it closed since it was a Friday afternoon. My agent went over everything in detail and I was in and out the door in time to get to the tag place before it closed. Two months later I traded the car in for a 2015 car and my agent was not available but the lady on the phone handled everything and answered all my many questions and I was not only happy but very happy since the price for the same insurance was much higher at another major company I had called. I will be sticking with this company and have already recommended them to many of my friends

Let me start out by saying I was an Insurance Claims Rep for 10 yrs, so I know the business. When I started with AAA they were wonderful. I could not say enough good things about them and my coverage. But all of a sudden my representative is refusing to take my phone calls. I have my home and car with AAA and wanted to bring my flood policy over when it had expired. I wound up renewing my flood insurance with the same company who I did not want. Now I have to wait another year before I change insurance companies for my flood policy, and I still do not have any answers from AAA as to what is going on. I am so disappointed.

I was in the AAA office last week looking for information on Yellowstone Park. The receptionist was outstanding, and helped by providing a tour book and map of the area. She offered for me to sit with a travel agent as soon as we had some dates for the trip. The office is bright and cheery and I felt like I was being given the best customer service in the world !!! AAA has no control over this, but the only drawback was that I always feel like I am going to get run over getting from the parking area to the office.....even in the crosswalk cars seem to race me to see who can get past the fastest....it is quite scary.

Sat stranded for several hours after calling AAA. They sent a driver who came and told us he has no room to tow and that we had to reschedule another driver which would take another 2 hours....... all in the time being of hurricane Irma about to take landfall in Florida, and they leave a kid stranded!!!!!!! Beyond upset on how they treated me and disrespected me. Will never be doing business with them again. PATHETIC!

Cynthia Santago was my travel agent and was very professional and patient in mapping out the best route possible in traveling from Florida to Colorado since my pet would be with me and took a little more time than usual to book a motel(s) which accepted pets. It was a great trip!!!

Went in to get a tour book for a guided tour that my friends up north & I are interested in. Unfortunately the tours offered by AAA up north are not the same as the ones here. The agent was very friendly and helpful and did show me a similar trip by another tour company.
