I have been in the insurance industry for over 30 years and as an insurance professional I have had some great experiences and some less than great experiences. Jsb insurance has been wonderful. I will admit in the beginning they had made a mistake and when I brought it to their attention they took the time to research it, realize that the mistake was made and immediately corrected it. I have been with them for about 2 years or more and they have been wonderful! I would truly recommend their services for anyone looking for insurance coverage.

I’ve been with JB for over 4 years now. When I feel like shopping for a new / lower rate, they make it really easy for me and often find some discount for me. And if I run into any issues like a speeding or parking ticket, the team is eager to help in any way they can. They actually helped me reduce a speeding ticket. That’s pretty cool for an insurance company.
