I had an amazing first car buying experience with Royal Auto Dealer. I went on a Sunday, not realizing that Sundays are traditionally appointment only. Even still, they went out of their way on their day off to come down and help me out. They had several vehicles I was interested in, and were patient in answering all of my questions. I landed on a 2003 BMW 330ci in excellent condition. When it came time to actually buy the car, Ross sat down with myself (a first time car buyer) and my (extremely no-bullshit) mother and we worked out a very, very fair deal spread out over a few different payment methods. He was great about explaining all of the paperwork and the little details, going above and beyond to give me some really sound advice about how to get the best deal on the car I was getting rid of. Later that week I got the tags and registration for the new car, totally painless and preferable to making the trip to the DMV. To top it all off, he said the title would arrive about a month later in the mail, and it arrived in a little less than two weeks. All in all, a great experience. I would recommend them to friends and family and would certainly return in the future.

Given a healthy skepticism of big, brand name dealerships, I began my search for a used Toyota 4Runner on the internet. Ultimately this led me to Royal Auto Dealer and Ross. He had exactly what I was looking for - low miles, immaculate condition, mechanically and cosmetically. Ross downloaded and printed a clean Car Fax record for me (one owner, no accidents, passed emission tests etc) . In five minutes flat, Orlando brought the car in for me to test drive. I was impressed with how helpful and totally forthcoming Ross was. An honest man with integrity is usually hard to find in the car business. The next day I brought my wife along and went through negotiations and paperwork in a breeze. This was definitely the easiest and most pleasurable car purchase experience I have ever had. Ross deserves a great recommendation and a solid five stars.

5 stars! Ross is a great guy. I came in looking for a certain car with essentially no credit; I had a minimum wage paystub and a "thin file." Ross used his great resources and got me the best deal on the car with good monthly payments and even helped me get the cheapest full coverage. Ross your the man for many used car purchasing services. Definitely coming back here.
