No customer service skills whatsoever every call/walk in / can be a potential client. Called in the morning to get a price quote I gave all my information they told me they would call me back no call back I called 5 times only to get transferred to some one else who had no clue as to what I was calling for I had to provide the info again just for a quote. Total waste of time/ run around.

This place is a complete rip off!!!! They tried to sell me only liability insurance when for the same quote I got full coverage at AAA. Will never come here again.
