The biggest waste of time Ive ever experienced in my life. Incompetent people who have little to no education are running this company. The level of service is disgusting and they should not be allowed to continue providing services. The department of consumer affairs needs to intervene. I went from full coverage one month to a random closure of my health plan the next month. No reason apart from "sorry were not sure why" contact medical. I cannot obtain health care from my doctor, nor can I get my medication. Dont waste your time with these fools, they are useless!!

Shame on LA Care. Spending OUR money on catered dinners when there are kids and people that are supposed to be helped. Also WHY is CEO John Baackes paid over 821,000 dollars a year. If there was a minus star I would have rated this ripoff a minus 10

Worst customer service in the universe. you call them and give all your information and they put you on hold and after 30 min it will be disconnected! They are not 24/7 because they ALWAYS say call tomorrow when you call after hour.

I asked to see a psychiatrist they sent me to downtown... thats 30miles from me. Why does this exist if you can never get people an appointment they can get too... la care you fail your customers and provide poor care.

What a joke. On hold for 38 minutes and counting. Worst waste of time ever. So embarrassing that our tax dollars fund crappy health plans like this. How hard would it be for them to answer the phone.
