The lack of communication in the office provided more problems than help. I had issues almost every 3 months with billing. I spent more hours on the phone setting and switching plans when we moved that this office is not worth the trouble! State Farm is a great company, but this specific agent does not have my vote. I requested to be transferred to another agent (a process that takes 48-72 hours in the computer) over two weeks ago. My new agent informed me that they have not done it yet. My bill is due in two days...so it looks like they will be messing that up again while having it transfer during the time I am supposed to pay. I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Worst customer service I have ever received from any company I have ever done business with. I have not even been with this agency for a month and it has been one nightmare after another. From taking taking more money out of my bank account then they were authorized to take, to not returning calls or emails for 4-7 days at a time. I plan to leave this agency and transfer to another State Farm office. I would highly advise you to not use this agency.

I had the same problem as the other review. Poor communication, did not really care if my problem was resolved. I handed the the insurance to them on a silver platter - changed agents. They did nothing to earn or maintain my business. After major billing snafus, when my ins became due I shopped it and placed it for almost half. The new agency actually went to work looking for deductions for me! Wow - innovative.

Melisa & Scott are awesome. I had a few kinks in my original policy when I first signed on with a State Farm. But once those were handled (may I add in a timely manner)- the customer service is impeccable. They have taken the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. They literally saved me $400/month on insurance. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ken Dean has been the best insurance agency i have ever had. He has went above and beyond to help me when I was on medical leave. He has also sent me the best referrals to work on my home. I have been with this agency and would never ever leave tjem.
