I have worked with Jordan over the past 1 1/2 years and have found her to be not only patient... immensely patient... but thorough and timely with all of her work for me. Our company has grown quickly over the past two years and has often been a bit complicated when it comes to insuring our tenanted, untenanted, renovated and vacant properties, as the status changes. Jordan has been great to keep us informed with what we need to be watching for, due dates and upcoming changes. She has also supplied documentation quickly when needed. Lloyd Pro Group is a great local insurance agency in Duluth. The staff is very knowledgeable as this is the largest Nationwide Agency in the Southeast. Jim Lloyd has built a great staff to take care of all my insurance needs. Auto. Homeowners, Umbrella, and Life Insurance. I also like the fact that they have 4 locations throughout the city so I can stop by and make a payment.
