Always very helpful and quick to get what I need done. Available whenever I need to call and answer questions or concerns right away. My parents have been with Jim for 30+ years and when I started looking for car and renters insurance for myself they were quick to recommend Jim. Getting signed up for everything was quick and easy and everyone on his team is so friendly and make it so simple. Really appreciate all that they do! Also, he never fails to send birthday cards every year :)
