I have been with State Farm for 33 years. The last 28 years have been with the local Elk River office that was ran by Doug Johnson, and then after his retirement, Kevin Gleitz. I highly recommend this agency. Everyone knows my name and is glad to see me when I walk into the office . When I call on the phone I always hear a friendly voice and always get answers to my questions. I am always treated like family. Although everyone in this office has helped me out at one time or another over the years, I especially want to give a big THANK YOU to Kelly. She has been a life saver for me on many occasions. She always knows what information I am looking for and gladly gives it to me. She has also helped me (and my son) in applying for auto loans through State Farm Bank. Bottom line here is; you can not do better than using Kevin Gleitz and his very professional team for all your insurance needs.

I have been with State Farm for over 18 years. Kevin Gleitz, Kelly, Jerad and anyone else that I have talked to or met with has been wonderful. When I first met Kevin he actually came out to the house to talk about our insurance and pointed out what other options were available that would be better for me. Never have I ever had an agent come to my house. Kelly has always been very kind and very easy to talk to. She knows what she is doing. We met with Jerad to talk about life insurance and what a pleasure it was to meet with him. I have been told before that I could probably get lower cost insurance but I Know I would never be able to get the same service or the friendly agent that I have with State Farm. I plan on staying with them for a very long time.. Great Job guys!!

My family has been with this State Farm office for many years. Recently we met with Jerad H. to review all of our policies to make sure we had what we needed and see if there were any other discounts available. Jerad was extremely helpful in this. We left with the coverage needed and a better understanding of what had without any pressure to add this or that. Our family also works closely with Kelly on policy changes etc. She is always extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Kevin G and the entire group are an amazing bunch. If you are looking for an insurance company that you truly feel like a personal friend and not just a number, this is where you should be!

We have been with State Farm form many years, long enough to retire two agents. So changing agents usually brings issues and many times disappointments. In this particular case, neither has happened. Kevin and his group have handled our account professionally and personally. They have kept us up to date on our insurance needs without bothering us. Our insurance needs have included personal and business and they have covered nearly all of our requirements form homeowners and autos to Caterpillars, trailers and workmens comp insurance. We have felt very well cared for and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an insurance agency that can do it all.

I have been with the Elk River State Farm location for ~14 years and I continue to have superb customer service and protection. I have had multiple policies (Car, boat, renters and home) and have never had any issues when filing a claim or changing/updating services. The people at Start Farm are always courteous and very knowledgeable about the different policies they provide. The cost of the insurance policies are very reasonable too. I love that when I call my agent he knows me right away! That makes me feel that I matter and I am not just a faceless person to them.

I have been a State Farm customer for almost thirty years and have done business at this branch for nearly 8 years. During this time I have had a full range of claims. In all cases, the service has been fast and fair and it is nice to pick up the phone and talk to a person who will answer your questions immediately, or will follow-up as necessary. I have comparison price shopped, but I have never been quoted a price difference worth switching and it is likely that the level of service won’t be as good. I highly recommend State Farm and this branch office.

So wonderful, in fact, that we have recommended them to our family members for their insurance needs. My husband lost his wedding ring about 3 weeks after we got married. I was struggling to find insurance for a good rate for a while. I received many different quotes, and none of them were in my price range. Finally when I was at the last stretch I got a phone call from Jerad where we set up a meeting within a hour of the phone call. I then went to the office, and that was when for the first time someone took the time to explain what exactly it is I am paying for when I get car insurance. I would recommend this place to anyone, but even better I would recommend Jerad Happe.
