Terrible!!!! Do not use this company!! I had the road side assistance. I broke down and called to use it, no one picks up after 5pm, you have to breakdown between 9am-5pm if you want tow service, plus when i finally got a hold of someone while still being on the side of the road, the agent said he couldnt find my policy and that he would call back. Well he didnt. Driven Insurance insurance left me stranded. So then i had to pay out of pocket for the tow. Then i switched services to another company. Then for the next 6 months they kept charging my bank account for roadside assistance even though i didnt have a policy with them. I called them every month to get them to stop charging my account and to get reimbursed for my tow. 6 months later i just got charged the roadsise fee again, called again just now to tell them to stop charging me and to reimburse my tow and all the roadside fees for the past 6 months, totalling $110 in money they owe me. The manager said they are only going to reimburse me $45, and now claim that I never had the roadside aasstance, even though i was being charged for it the whole time, AND that i was my application for roadside assistance was declined when i signed up and was charged even though theyve been charging me the fee the past year and i never got any type of notififaction i didnt have roadside coverage!!!! So that means they owe me a year of roadside asst fees which would be $60, and they are still shorting me $15!!! I now have AAA roadside coverage. When you purchase a tow policy with AAA, and you pay for it, they give you the service you signed up and paid for. AAA answers your call 24 hrs a day, doesnt leave you stranded, and doesnt claim you dont have the service after youve already paid for it. I hate Driven Insurance!!!! Worst Insurance Service EVER!!!!!!!!
