I am extremely grateful to have found this Geico agency. My current policy was set to expire next month and as usual I received my renewal offer in the mail for review. To my surprise the renewal offer was double my current rate. I contacted Geico and had the pleasure of working with Yuly. I purchased a new Geico policy that allowed me to save over $100 a month without losing any of my current benefits such as car rentals and roadside assistance. I was able to keep the same coverage at a lower rate. Yuly made switching carriers a breeze! Buying car insurance, as never been this easy. I admire Yuly professionalism and how she went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received the best rate possible. She is extremely courteous and seems to have mastered the art of customer service that is sadly non-existent in other agencies. Thank you Yuly/Geico am so happy I made the switch!

For many years I have looked for a place where I could find someone that could help me with all my insurance needs. And I have finally found that place but also that person that I can finally feel thats on my side. I always thought that insurance agents would always try to rip me off. However, after walking into this Geico agency in 8st and meeting Yulaykis S. I feel like she explains everything for me to understand and not for the insurance company to make money. She spoke English and Spanish to make sure I understood everything. I have referred her to all my close friends and would recommend her to anyone that has felt that all insurance agencies wants to do is rip you off. GO SEE HER. Her name is Yulaykis S. I want to thank Yuly for her outstanding customer service. She provided me a great quote and answered all of my questions. I was experiencing issues with my cell phone and unable to make outgoing calls. She called me through whatsapp and finalized the quote. I was not expecting an agent to go far and beyond. She was very patient and understanding. I went from paying $300 to 96$ a month. Thank you so much Yuly! So I went to get my car inspected twice as I have two cars. Martha Barbosa is a professional Even took information to quote my mother in laws car. BUT when I call the office I was put on hold 4 times just so that I can speak to her. IF she is busy take my information so that she can call me. And Mr. Ariel who is one of the managers needs to get some classes of in management. OMG guy does not understand English. I speak Spanish thank goodness but if someone that does not speak Spanish will be very upset and offended. Even when you call they answer in Spanish. NO manners. So Sad

Purchasing my first brand new vehicle was not an easy task and I knew in order to stay protected I needed the best deal from the best insurance company. Geico was just that & their agent Yulaykis knew exactly what to do! she found me the BEST deal with no hassle, a miracle worker! Service Sucks !! the professionalism in this office is to be seen.. they have the most bitter unprofessional customer service , they have no idea how to deal with senior citizen and they chewing gum as a cow chew on grass.. is a pity how in less the 15 minutes you see the type of personal they have , they should review there workers more often
