Webpage is crappy. In-network provider feature does not work well. Waste hours every time I try to find an in network provider. Customer support aware of issues but nothing is done. Coverage wise- they are stingy. If you are a heavier user or need newer therapies, good luck getting them approved. Only reason I went with them is because they covered my doctors but looking to switch.

difficult company to work with. they take forever on decisions, are stingy with payouts, and have some kind of awful computer system such that their agents are always confused about which claims have been filed, and when. pretty bad.

The WORST insurance company. Prices rise, deductables rise and their coverage SHRINKS. They refuse to pay for anything. Last I heard, they were going under-good riddance
