Alena is AMAZING!!! I had no idea customer service like this still existed, let alone in insurance. My insurance needs were a bit unique in that they involve airbnb room rental. Most companies have no idea what this entails. She spent time researching and educating me on the options available. Not only did she come up with the insurance that met my needs, the rates were pleasantly surprising. Alena is super fast in responding to both emails and calls and this is after the policies issued. Unlike other insurance brokers/agents/companies who only exhibit excellent customer service to get your business, she continues to provide amazing customer service. I recently aquired a second car and the policy for this new vehicle was put into place with one 10 minute phone call and a proof of insurance was emailed over shortly thereafter. I say stop shopping for insurance yourself. Pamper yourself and contact Alena. She will not disappoint. And, she is just a nice person who is knowledgable and takes away the stress associated with getting adquate policies in place for all your needs. I found her by reviews which compelled me to contribute in the same capacity. I cannot express how happy I am that I found her. Thank you Alena!!!

I have now been with PRL for about 5 years. I wish every business I gave money to treated me the way the ladies at PRL have. They take care of everything for my wife and I. I know without a shadow of a doubt that they have our best interests at heart and they want to make sure we are taken care of, appreciated, and well informed over making a quick buck for themselves. I wish PRL did more things so I could hire them for more services. We have our autos and home through them. We have bought new cars, gotten married, bought and sold houses and PRL has been beside us every step of the way. We will be customers for life. I had heard about PRL Insurance through a business I bought my car from as they insure rental cars from there. I rang them and they were very friendly and helpful and set me up with an immediate appointment. I was looked after by Alena Conte who was very welcoming and made what could be a stressful experience very easy and relaxed! She was so helpful and listened to my specific needs and made sure to find me the best deal for what I needed. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and at the end of the meeting I felt very happy and confident in going through PRL. I have nothing but great experiences with PRL! For our home and auto insurance needs, Kristine has been such a blessing. She is quick to respond and easy to communicate with, detailed and thorough with our policies and super friendly. One time we were on vacation in Hawaii and our rental car got a chip in the window. I frantically emailed Kristine to see what we needed to do and she was quick to respond. She was able to ease our worries with her knowledge of our policy and assured us that we were covered.
