Was with the company about 15 years with no claims. Made a claim this year on the roof with wind and hail damage with 2 separate professionals looking at the roof. Obvious hail dings and the shingles were broke over. 12 year old roof. Insurance engineer came out and took pictures of himself holding up shingles but states no damage found. Insane. Local agent no help. They want me to pay for another engineer to look at it. So after 40-50 k spent with this company I am supposed to pay someone else to look at an obviously damaged roof with inside water damage. This company is a hack job.

We recently lost our house in a tornado and Randy Keck the adjuster came out to the house within a week of the tornado and we cried together. They were great about telling us what was going to happen, the process and everything. Never knew how much you would depend on your insurance company until disaster strikes. We will stay is Cincinnati forever.
