I got earthquake insurance with this company on a house I I had for sale. I called several times to know what happened if I needed to cancel the insurance and the agents told me that the amount I did not use would be prorated and returned to me. They conveniently forgot to mention on several occasions that there was a $100 dollars that would not be returned to me if I canceled early (the whole year premium for my house was $115). I had to cancel early so I only got $15 back. When I complained they said that it was in the long paper document that they had sent me (which of course nobody reads that document and they know it). Make sure you have access to the written policy before you buy this insurance.

Piss poor company, when you have a claim they only pay want they want to not understanding price and time and material cost go up year after year, Ended up paying $6 out of pocket cost when my roof was ripped off my house canceling them after there contract is threw... Avoid them at all cost...

i work here and it is a horrendous company. They dont answer anyones phone calls and im putting my two weeks in soon because it is ridiculous how they treat their customers and how they do their business. They are extremely unorganized. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
