We just moved to North Carolina and had to set up our auto insurance in order to get our NC licenses (and register our car). After requesting an online quote, Chan got in touch w/ me to help me sort it all out. From the first time we chatted, I decided he was the person I wanted to work with. He was chatty, super friendly, and spoke in terms I could understand but was not patronizing. Chan offered good advice for our coverage, not trying to make us buy more than we needed, and was responsive to all my emails/calls. We ended up getting great rates for both our auto and renters insurance through Chan. He made the not-so-fun experience of getting insurance way less painful than I had anticipated!
