Started shopping for new auto and home insurance this summer after receiving another rate increase from the company that I had been with for numerous years. Met with the folks at the Ray Group and got a number of quotes from different companies and found one I especially liked. The entire process was pretty painless. They quickly responded to my email questions and the paperwork and payment was done at my convenience. And this fall when I switched vehicles for the winter, the transaction was handled with a simple phone call. They are great people to work with!

I have had a very enjoyable experience with the Ray Insurance Group. I started out a few years ago with only my boat policy and after a few years of great service I had them quote my auto and home policies as well. Not only did they save me money they took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was getting the correct coverage to fit my needs. It was an easy decision to make a change. From my personal experience they strive to do whatever needs done to keep their customers satisfied.

Outstanding customer service. Noticed water marks on my ceiling and called Brad for a suggestion on a contractor. Not only was he able to put me in contact with a contractor, but he followed up with them to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely manner.
