Were do I start..At first when I called to get a quote the represenative who helped me out Vanessa answered all my questions and was very nice and proffessional..while reviewing the e docs I noticed the paymts would be due on a certain day I couldnt pay and wouldnt sighn unless it was changd.. The office manager then came on the phone and said not to worry that they would change it for me just to sighn the docs. So I did and then Vanessa said she would call me back to confirm this was done... So obe day two days three pass no word from them..I call them to see if my due date was changed.. One person answered put me on hold for 15 minutes then transfers the call and it hangs up..I call back speak to someone else they hang up.. I call back a third time when a rude represenative answers . I tell them my name and I just called they said soneone would help me iut and call me later..One day two days pass . No one calls me back. I call back a third time were now a lady asks if I sighned with them abd I tell her yes and i need info on my policy . She says then oh Im with a customer let me call you back..I tell her whats been happening and rudely helps me..puts me on hokd for 5 min telks me I have to transfer you to another office i cant help you..transfers me . Then a office manager named Javier rudely and no consideration that Im a new customer need info on my policy and has been given the run around cant find my poilcy says he will call me back ..one day two ays three days pass nothing....I regret ever doing business with them and they only call you back when they want your money!! Rudess office worst customer service ever experienced...

I went too many auto insurance places and was treated poorly and not given a good quote. When I came to freeway i was treated Very welcoming and so was my daughter. I actually enjoyed the time with Vanessa . she helped me so much and was very professional and accurate about all the information she gave. Jesus was also great and was able to get me the best quote!... I will most definitely recommend everyone there. ...thank you guys for the great experience and wonderful quote!

The women here are really nice and they have paitience , Karina was one of the ladies that helped us and she is really nice helped us get the best insurance we can and good pricing as well definetly reccomed for everyone to get freeway insurance and if you do go to this one :) you wont regret it !
