She is a terrible agent, incomprehensible, and unable to convey any message in a thoughtful manner. She mumbles when she speaks, talk down on us, repeats herself on things we DID NOT ASK, while unable to provide quotes for the most basic thing; adding another driver to the policy. I urge you to find someone else to be your agent. To: Farmers Insurance Group. I am leaving you, not because of your price or any usual factor, but because of Sue Epps. I firmly believe that you will continue to lose customers because of her, because every interaction with her is a pain.

Sue Epps has always been so helpful to me. When other insurance companies would not insure my house because it had a shingle roof, Sue made sure I was insured. She has always gone above and beyond her scope in order to be helpful. Even if I send her an email at 5:00, she always answers it. I have never had a better agent.
