Probably the horriblest experience Ive ever had with a State Farm agent. She literally argued with me over the phone. Who sits there an argues with a client over the phone?? Somebody explain to me who? She is a poor excuse of an agent she has absolotely no idea what she is doing. I tried to cancel a policy with her of an old junk car I was selling which unknowingly I was paying full coverage on because she didnt explain the coverages properly and it TOOK ME FOREVER almost as if she didnt want to cancel it so she can keep taking the money. She is not there for the clients best interest all she cares about is taking our money. She is so money hungry its ridiculous. When you call for advice all she tries to do is sell you a State Farm product which is so annoying. To sit and argue with a client say that "your name is on the wall that you own the business that you could do whatever you want in your agency." Is the lowest of all lows. After this she LITERALLY transferred me to another agent. State Farm is not a crappy company at all. Its this agent who is crappy. You are not a good person Arlene. You suck

Arlene has been extremely helpful to me over the past few months! I’m still young and went into her office understanding little to nothing about how insurance works and she stayed with me for as long as I needed to explain anything I did not understand. We spent over an hour going over what I needed to set myself up for success and she really opened my eyes to how important my plans were. If not for her, I wouldn’t be covered as well and I wouldn’t be saving as much either. She is very thorough and cares about every single client. Thank you Arlene for helping me out!

My son had his new car financed by State Farm in Corona and I as the co-signer could not get out to Corona. Arlene was gracious enough to have the paperwork sent to her office and I was able to sign 1 mile from my work location in Irvine. She was prompt, had everything ready for my appt so I was in and out! Her receptionist was also very kind and upbeat. I will be talking with her soon to change my insurance and refinance my auto with her!
