My agent was Steve and he was amazing. He asked me key questions regarding my driving history & current insurance needs, and based on my answers, provided me with different plans & services offered by State Farm until we found the best fit for me. He even helped me crunch numbers to determine the best upfront payment I should put down on my plan to ensure my monthly payments fit into my budget. I felt like I was talking to a friend, he was patient, knowledgeable, efficient, & kind. State Farm is lucky to have Steve! I used to be a loyal Geico customer until I worked with Steve. Both my sisters are going to call him once their plans with Geico expire. #statefarmloyalty

Steven Jean was the agent I interacted with over the phone, and he was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I had called a number of insurance companies to get "non-owned" auto insurance for my son, but none were willing to help me, as this is an unusual request. However Steve did the research and came up with a policy to serve my needs! During multiple conversations in which I asked a multitude of questions, Steve patiently answered or obtained the information I needed. I was favorably impressed with his polite attitude and his willingness to patiently work with me. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
