I have had pain in my lower stomach for a week. I went to Saddle back Er on Monday (which was horrible) .. They were as cold and told me pretty much it was in my head .. I stayed in pain all week and am still in pain but the wonderful Nurse FNP Nancy Mginn was awesome she took her time and really listened to me and was so caring and understanding not like other urgent care or ER and directed me what to tell my Doctor when I see her . This place is awesome I would give them 100 stars if I could .. I signed in on line and was seen within 5 min.. God bless everyone here If I ever need to go to an urgent car this is the one I will go to

I am a resident of Woodbridge in Irvine as well as a Nurse Practitioner that works for the Woodbridge Walk-in. Members of my family and several friends have been patients at the WWI. They have been treated with great kindness and care. As an employee I respect the expectation that we treat our patients and our fellow employees with respect. The goal is to give our patients the quality care we would ask for our family and to offer our patients an excellent experience. An experience that makes them comfortable returning as well as recommending WWI to their friends and family.

We visited the Woodbridge Walke-In Urgent Care because of my mom urgent Urinary tract infection in July 2017. We waited for about three hours to see the doctor, but the doctor forgot to submit the medication prescription to the pharmacy. We could not take the medication immediately. My mom was suffered the infection until next day we got the medication. Furthermore, they have not sent the diagnostic result to the primary doctor until now after two more months of visiting.

Recently I found myself in need of urgent care in Irvine and was recommended Woodbridge Walk-in. Their online appointment system is something all patients should use, they send you text messages notifying you of your appointment time. It definitely made my visit more convenient. The staff is courteous and professional. The facility is clean and inviting. Overall, I would definitely recommend Woodbridge Walk-in to anyone looking for urgent care in Irvine.

The place makes you wait. And after long wait, when your turn comes, you get to know you being looked upon by a practitioner nurse. When asked about the potential disease symptoms, she says.. well I would suggest to go to your primary doctor and stuff. Point being how my visit to this clinic is served when all I get to hear is her not so confident reply to my health issue. Rather she tells me to see other doctor. Worst experience.

Woodbridge is a great Urgent Care facility. I had to bring my wife in when she had sudden abdominal pain and they treated her quickly and with a real caring attitude. They were able to find the problem and treat her. All the staff were great! I would really recommend them to anyone needing fast, efficient, and proper medical treatment.

The staff (receptionist, nurse, and doctor) was very nice. The wait time to be seen was relatively short because I made an appointment on line. Dr. Monfore was very caring and took an adequate amount of time to examine my husband to determine the cause of his illness and then diagnose the problem. We liked him very much!!!
