Had an absolutely wonderful time today meeting with AJ and Jeni to adjust our policies. We could not be more pleased by the level of awesomeness that these two carry with them. All prior dealings have been via phone and email. To finally have the opportunity for a face to face was great. The knowledge, expertise, and competence is clearly visible. I am so happy we went with AAA for our home, landlord, and auto insurance. We could not have wished for a greater agent. Thank you AAA for exceeding our expectations and being the best insurance company ever! I highly recommend anyone in the market for an insurance provider check out AAA via AJ Daugherty; you will not be disappointed. It would behoove everyone who has coverage with any other company to call and see what they may be missing. You are sure to receive the level of personal communication one usually only finds in small/local business. To sum it up, although AAA is a major organization you are provided with the welcome and feel of family by the individuals who represent the local area. I am smitten.

The agents here are very passive once you God forbid have an accident. Really? every time you call and have a question they will connect you to the ridiculous claim department who are very unfriendly and talk very suspicious to you as if you are a thief. I was hit. I had no fault . I am not the guilty guy. Go else where because I am leaving after I get this mess straightened out. its been a month since my accident. I am driving around with a taped up car like a hobo for a month and they have sent an adjuster who looks at my car and says they will pay for used parts to fix the door. I WAS HIT. I HAVE FULL COVERAGE..Never again AAA never again. I will cancel my road assistance with you too. Id rather be stuck somewhere than to pay thieves like you to treat me like a theif

I have gotten TRIP Ticks there in the past and I have my insurance there too but, until recently, I had never thought about booking my latest cruise with AAA. Wow! The travel agency side of this Palomar location is top-notch. The agents in the travel department are true professionals- when my agent was not there the day I dropped back by, the other agents helped me and went out of their way to get my questions answered- a real team effort. I will be using them again and their services cost no more than if I had booked the cruise online!

We have been AAA members for several years and have always appreciated the level of service received. The roadside assistance has always been excellent. We just recently took an extended trip and requested a Triptik. The current format is not as user-friendly as the former type. Print is smaller, maps are not as coordinated and found some of the directions very confusing. At this point, we will most likely rely on our phone and vehicle navigational system. We do like the tour book ratings for restaurants and lodging.

I have been trying to reach both location hamburg and Palomar for last 3 days. Tried multiple times. No one picks the call. I am on phone for hours and no person to talk with. Very worst service. I will not renew my membership next time.

Aaron came to rescue with a flat tire- discovered after work no less - and was so nice, calm & professional! He even followed me to the tire store to make sure I got there ok. Definitely give him recognition for doing a super job!!

Great place for tickets. Korrine Cote is our favorite travel agent. Good place for foreign currency, but give them a week to get it.
