I was referred to Cambridge through a friend. At first the experience was good, they got me the insurance I needed. But anytime I had questions,and when I bought a home and needed homeowners insurance, it was always a hassle. I even recieved a call from my agent telling me in so many words that he is too busy to deal with me and that from then on I would have to deal with his assistant. Everytime I call there is no one available to help me. If I leave a voicemal I may or may not recieve a call back the same day. They are either too busy or understaffed. I am currently on the search for another insurance provider.

Trust me I have shopped everywhere and have dealt with several insurance agents of the years. Give them a call. It will be worth your time.

Just moved my home and auto coverage over from Liberty Mutual to State Auto and will be saving over $750 a year on my premiums. But that is not the best part, John Coody made it so easy for me to switch it was almost like I never left the old company and he is local. Very pleased with Cambridge Insurance!!
