I experience fraudulent activity. Blue Cross charged my account for consecutive months for someone else insurance. They refused to refund the money after 2 months of consistently calling them. I do not recommend giving any of your information to this company because it will not be protected. I am a hurt former customer. A company steals my hard earned money and nothing is done about it.

I sadly was forced to take out the stupid aca insurance so I went with BC/BS of Alabama. Bad choice! They denied my diabetes medication that I have been taking for year! Thanks to our crappy government for coming up with such a crappy insurance program!!! I will NOT be recommending BC/BS to anyone! I wish there was a lower rating than one!

BCBS is a total rip off company. Due to damn Obama care I had to get on a different policy. BCBS will not pay for my surgery because they claim I have a one year hold. I have had BCBS for 20 + years. They are screwing me and NOT kissing me.
