I am a new client to the Gannon agency. When I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hug from Andrea. Full discloser; I knew Andrea from my school years so maybe everybody doesn’t get greeted with a hug. Anyway, with my work schedule it’s hard for me to deal with this type of stuff. Andrea went above and beyond working with my schedule. After a couple e-mails and a couple short phone calls she had a couple policies lined and expanded them to me. She had one policy that was a mirror image of the police I had, but a couple hundred dollars cheaper. Another plan she laid out for me was more what I was looking for, which was a plan with more coverage; that plan was far superior then what I had plus it saved me a couple dollars. When I went in to sign the paper work I had a few questions about another policy that I have with another company. Even though she knew I wasn’t planning on switching that policy over till it’s up for re-newel, Andrea and her co-worker(sorry don’t remember her name) were more than happy to research and answer my questions. When my other policy’s expires I will be taking more of my business to the Gannon Agency. I am here writing a second review of the Gannon Insurance Agency. At the end of my last review, I stated when my other policy’s expired; I would be taking more business to Gannon Insurance Agency. Well I ended up taking both my homeowners and auto insurance over to them. The agent I deal with is Andrea, an old friend from my school years. I joke with her saying she probable regrets hearing from me due to all issues I keep calling or e-mailing her with. To make a long story short, I was in the middle of refinancing my house when my insurance policies ran out. Between, my old mortgage company, my new mortgage company, my old insurance company and my new insurance company, there seems to be a million clerical issues that the mortgage company’s keep screwing up on as far as my insurance goes. Andrea keeps stepping in, playing phone take between everybody and getting it all squared away for me. With all the steps she’s made to keep my insurance information up to date with the mortgage companies; she’s going well above and beyond in my opinion! The Gannon Insurance Agency is lucky to have such a good worker as Andrea; a worker that is willing to go above and beyond like she is doing!

Steve and his team at the Gannon Insurance Agency are very responsive to the needs of their clients. His team monitors when the policy is due to expire and checks-in to investigate if there are any changes prior to the renewal. The guidance Steve gives to help lower the cost of insurance policies is priceless. His expertise saved me 50% on an auto policy! If you are looking for an insurance agency, Gannon Insurance is the one to contact. Perhaps Steve can put some bucks back into your pockets.

Former ALLSTATE customer... Not only could I not find a cheaper alternative to the Gannon Agency, but customer service is impeccable. When my family needs a response, I get it immediately. My rep, Jen is great. Extremely courteous, always asks how my family members are doing. Definitely not the automated response! I recommend them highly.
