Everyone knows, we all need insurance, but in todays’ cultural, I, like many others, would rather look online, versus having a conversation with a stranger, or an agency I do not know or let alone trust. The main reason for purchasing insurance, especially a life policy, is to know that should the time ever come, that my family will be protected. What has impressed me about Cindy and her team was how quickly they made me feel like family. Whether it was simply inquiring about a new policy, paying a bill, or just having general questions. They have always made me feel at home, and given me a sense of trust, which is difficult in todays’ world. From the beginning, Cindy and her team have lived out the importance of family, from their heritage of Lewis & Clark being family owned and operated, to everyone they have come to know and serve. Whether I saw them in the office or around town, their first question is always, “how is the family?” It is for this reason when it came time for my wife and I to purchase life insurance, even though we are not local and live out of state, there was no hesitation on who we trusted to discuss this personal and important matter, it is for these many reasons, when it came time, my wife and I knew who we trusted to write our life policies. LCI has been our insurer for over 40 years. In 2005 we had to move out of state for a company move. Motorists did not underwrite in that state so I had to go to a competitor for my home and auto insurance. Upon retiring and moving back to Ohio, I quickly came back to the Clark Insurance agency. CIndy helped us get much better coverage for our home and better rates for our cars. Two years later Emily helped us insure our 4 wheeler, and just recently Josh worked with us on a life insurance policy for my wife. We have insurance underwritten by Motorists, Auto-Owners, and Progressive. LCI works to get the best rates and the needed coverage for their customers. Customer service is not a thing of the past for LCI. In my opinion their motto should be customer service is a life style.
