I needed to renew my Notary commission quickly before it expired. I found Surety Solutions on the internet and went to their site. I read the reviews and what all they offered. They are extremely divested and their prices are reasonable. So, I found what I needed to know and took a chance on a company I had never heard of before. The turnaround was amazing! I received a response very quickly. The documents were signed and transaction completed the same day. The whole process took hardly any time at all. Their directions for what I needed to do were clear and concise. They made the whole process very easy and even described the next steps that I had to take to finish up and make it all legal. Thank you, Surety Solutions for making a very busy day a bit easier.

I needed a bond as an Administrator of an Estate recently and found Surety Solutions online. I emailed this firm looking for information as to why I needed a bond and the steps in securing one. I also asked what the cost of the bond would be if I were to have one purchased. Crystal not only emailed me the approximate quote and afforded me the information I requested, but she also gave me additional information I did not know I should have knowledge of. She also kept in contact with me on my progress with the process and if I had any additional questions. The outcome of my situation was that I did not need to be bonded but in the future, if I am in need of a bond, I would definitely consider Surety because of their commitment to provide you a service you can rely on.

I was so frustrated at DMV trying to get my title to my car. They told me I have to have a bond to get my title but nobody knew how to do that so I went on line to search for one. I found the phone number and called them, I talked to Victoria Hatefi and she assured me that it was a simple task and I could do it all online and not have to go to their office location. Well, after filing out the simple form and emailing it with my payment I was sent the PDF bond the next day. Needless to say I was so impressed by their efficiency and customer service I printed out the form and marched down to DMV and received my title in the mail in a couple weeks, Thank you Surety Solutions you saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Very prompt, very accurate. My daughter and I were bonding around a mucked up title for a car we bought in California. Surety Solutions did a nice job getting focused on the correct form, and expediting our request. My only quibble was some confusion around multiple signatures on the bond - because I was getting title then passing it to my daughter, a bond and a supplement were needed. That was not made clear at the beginning. But it all worked out. I will use these folks again.
