Our son was in a dreadful car crash on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The car was totaled and we had our insurance check in hand six business days later. In truth, when you get the call from your kid and he starts out by saying, “I’m fine but i’ve crashed the car” insurance and money is the last thing on your mind. You flash instantly back to the day you brought his tiny body home from the hospital and envision all those precious, grown-up pieces strewn over the highway. Ack! By grace, everyone was fine. Inevitably, there comes the logistics of dealing with agencies, coordinating assessors and filling out forms. UGH. So, we call Bob’s office first thing Monday morning and they say to our delight, “You’ve been through enough, come to the office and we’ll take care of everything for you.” Mondi soothed our nerves; she completed and submitted forms for us with compassion and seasoned professionalism. She gave us all the info we needed and assured us that we would be contacted by the Team within a day or two. We received a call the next day. We did our own comparison shopping on replacement vehicles and were pleased that our insurance check came in right at market value. No haggling, no fuss, no delay ... six business days later! And, on the seventh day, we rested.

I have been with Bob for several years now after moving to Oregon, and I must say I have never had an unplesant experience with him or his office staff. I have had to file a claim and in doing so, Bob made it a very simple and straight forward process. Bob has gone so far as to take time on several Saturdays to set up meetings with me. His office staff is very pleasant and welcoming!! THey all know me by name and every time that I go in there it is like I am being greeted by some of my best friends! I will continue to stick with Bob and his office as they have never done wrong by me and I like the fact that they are so welcoming and understanding when it comes to my needs. Oh, and to make matters even better, they are all very very intelligent with the products that they offer and will do their best to suit your financial needs first before selling you a product that you do not need!

I have know Mr. Bob Cegon for several years now. My experience is nothing short of fantastic. Bob not only quoted and wrote an auto policy that was much better than my "internet" policy, Bob explained and educated me on how/what/why you hire an agent vs. shop on the internet for a policy. Since my change of auto policy, Bob has also earned my business for a life policy, an IRA policy, a homeowners policy, he also earned my daughters business for a Roth IRA policy. They were very helpful and really took the time to explain EVERYTHING and make sure I understood. They were very friendly and their office made you feel like you were sitting at home in your living room rather than at an uncomfortable desk in a small office. They also took the time to really go through my whole policy to make sure I had the coverage that best fit each one of us. I walked out paying less while also having better coverage.
