This office is great. I worked with Bima Praswiditomo and he has been extremely helpful in switching my plan over from Colorado to California. He took the time to sit down with us and explain any differences in cost, tried to find savings for us, and has the patience to go through all my questions and the options I wanted to consider (I had a lot). He is always quick to respond when I have questions or try to change my policy. Overall excellent service and Bima has been exceptionally helpful.

Professional and friendly staff. When you call them, they always take their time to explain everything clearly. One time I forgot to log my mileage for a discount, someone personally called/emailed to remind me. I particularly enjoyed working with Kim. She personally followed up to ensure all proper documentation was submitted for the underwriter. They are also multilingual, which is a plus for a diverse city like Irvine. Highly recommended!
