We have been with State Farm: Emmett Thompson for a few years and have had a wonderful experience! Emmett and his office have been so great to work with, and are quick to respond to e-mails & phone calls. They helped us make a smooth transition from Renters insurance to Home Owners insurance, and made sure we got the policy that was right for us. We also have additional policies through his office. We are very pleased with their service.

Emmett and the rest of the office provide a high level of customer service and care. They are always prompt in getting a quote, making an address change, or helping find you the policy that is right for you. They are always willing to take the time to make sure you understand the ins and outs of your coverage and really seem to care about meeting your needs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good coverage and great service!

Every time I call and have questions...lol sometimes stupid questions. Dustin has always been so nice and helpful to me. And sometimes I have to call alot!!! When I had my latest accident Dustin was very sympathic and helpful with what to do about a rental. How to get hold of the other insurance company and the status of what was going on. And what would happen next!!! Thanks for having great people at Emmett Thompsons office!!!!

Reasonably priced and explained all of the options and was able to be paired with what we wanted for insurance and price we could afford.
