AWFUL Customer Service. Do not expect follow through from these employees. Contacted office several times regarding my policy and a refund that was owed to us. Waited on several call backs that never happened. Spoke with Bart, he was polite but unprofessional. Mayra was very rude, lacked basic customer service skills and actually hung up on me. They will not transfer to a manager upon request, and basically just give their customers the run around. It all was very frustrating. The one thing they are consistent with is taking your money. And unless this is your only option for auto insurance, I would take my business elsewhere. Poor service.

Poor customer service, the agent was very rude just because I was inquiring about how to cancel my insurance with them. They make you mail in a letter that would take about 3-4 days to receive, then receive your refund in 30 days. They need to update and make it easier via online, fax, or email.
