In the event that you are looking for a roofing company, and are concerned about who you are going to in trust to put on a new roof for you. My strong recommend the going with the The Roof Doctor. Here are 4 points that made my experience wonderful: 1) Account Manager Corey was at my every beckon call via text message, emailing, phone call. Quick to response, helpful, honest, great customer service. 2) Foreman - Chris made sure his guys knew what they needed to accomplish, and he was great at answering my questions and when problems arose he was awesome at getting them fix. 3) Tear off crew - They worked hard all day along to stay on schedule, and trust me my roof was a beast to tear off. My roof had two layers on pine strip so it was like chipping at concrete. This crew shined in getting my roof ripped off in 2 days, and that is no easy task. 4)Roofers- What can I say FAST!!! They moved so fast that it only took them a day to get my roof done. Now my roof is very simple so time may vary for your roof. Overall, this massive project was a success. I will have no problem recommending the The Roof Doctor to my friends and family. Thank you to everyone at The Roof Doctors that was involved on this project. P.s. If you are thinking about doing your roof on your own. I would tell you to think twice about that decision. Your opportunity costs, and your lack of experience may end up costing you more then you think.

I called The Roof Doctor after seeing one of their trucks in the neighborhood. I had a small job (400+/- sq ft), putting down a layer of protective fabric on a backyard shed so the OSB board on the roof would be protected before winter arrived with its rain and snow. Of course, I called at the busiest time of the year--right when everyone else in the world was also trying to get their roofs protected before bad weather. I feared no one would be interested in such a small project, but Roof Doctor returned my call promptly, sent someone out to look at the job and gave me a very reasonable estimate. It took a few days to free up a crew to do the work, but the guys were here when they said they would be and the whole job was done in an hour, except for one piece of edging. The next day they were back, edging in hand, and gone again within 15 minutes. It did start to rain later that week, but my roof is safe and sound, thanks to The Roof Doctor. Everyone from Jessie in the office to the crew doing the actual work was very professional, efficient and friendly. You will enjoy doing business with The Roof Doctor!

We needed to have our roof redone, so I received bids from over a half dozen companies. We decided to go with Roof Doctor after meeting with Cory because we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and he happened to have one of the lowest quotes. During the planning phase Cory went over everything with us in detail and provided dates on when the project would be started and finished. He told us what to expect, and explained in detail the work that would be done. The crew that did the roof showed up on time, was very professional, and cleaned up once they completed the work. The roof was actually completed ahead of schedule. The roof is now complete and we could not be happier with our decision to use the Roof Doctor. I woke up Saturday morning the 11th of Feb. and my roof was leaking in my master bathroom. I called The Roof Doctor and Cory Cooper responded and came to my home on his own time. He inspected the problem and gave me a reasonable quote and set up an appointment for Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Two gentlemen showed up, ON TIME, Tuesday morning and went to work. They were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They used quality materials and made the repair way beyond my expectations. They even did a few little extras for me. Cory came to the job to check on the work. I really appreciated that. Great experience with Cory and his team who did a residential removal/resheeting/shingling job for us. They were both proactive (sent company docs w/o my asking, worked to get us scheduled quickly) and responsive (answered all my questions promptly, even came out to the house on the Saturday after the job to look at the roof and answer a few more questions). Their cost was the lowest of ~6 estimates we received, which made me wary at first, but I did my homework, asked lots of questions, and was pleased with the answers I received (many of the higher quotes were from companies that had over-estimated the area of our roof but 25% or more, for whatever reason). The crew was professional, efficient, used quality materials, and did a good job of cleanup. 3.5 days of work and the new roof is beautiful!

I choose the RD based on the number of google reviews and stars. Cory was willing to answer other questions I had regarding roofing and had sent me more information that expected in his initial quote. Doing this gave me peace of mind vs asking him for the information. I got confirmation when the roofers would be at our home. They made multiple visits due to the snow but at times they would shovel the snow and continue to work. The clean up was good and there was no garbage in sight. I had emailed Cory with some additional questions/concerns and he responded in a timely manner and followed up with anything he had said. I would recommend the RD. I am waiting on another project to add gutters to one side of the house and will update my review if allowed by google.

Went to Home Advisor to find a company to re-shingle my roof. I got quotes from 2 of the top 3 companies listed on Home Advisor. The quote I got from The Roof Doctor was 2500-3000 dollars less than the quote from the other company and I was getting better materials (130mph wind rating vs 110mph wind rating from the other guys), so it was easy to go with The Roof Doctor. They were a little backed up when I signed up, so I had to wait 3-4 weeks before the job was started but once the job was started it only took them 3 days to complete the job. They dropped a dumpster in my driveway to collect the old shingles, was only there 1 night, new roof completely finished the next day. A very efficient operation.

Roof Doctor was referred to me by a relative, who was very impressed with their work, warranty and professionalism. I found the best quote at The Roof Doctor too, so hired them to do an overlay on our roof. The roof was mostly done when it was realized the shingles delivered were the wrong color. When informed, Rob immediately started working on what would be the best solution to this problem. Together we quickly found a solution where everyone was happy. Wow! A company with a conscience and great customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend the Roof Doctor for any roofing needs. I am happy with the work and, 20 years later, so is the relative who sent me to Roof Doctor in the first place.

Rob was awesome to work with. He had my roof damage completly replaced (which was half of my roof) in less than a week after I placed my first call to him. He had excellent communication, good workers that covered my bushes, flowers, porch steps, driveway to protect from nails falling and then did a stellar clean up job. Everyone at this company from the receptionist, to the quote, the people to installing my roof, were friendly, helpful and professional. My roof looks WAY better than it ever has. I would highly recommend The Roof Doctor - especially if you want good results fast! p.s. The Roof Doctor had my roof replaced before the "other guys" could even come out to give me a quote.

We just had our house roofed with new shingles from The Roof Doctor. The were fast and very efficient in there work. All done in 2 days. They cleaned up after their self and left no mess behind. Cory was real good about letting you know if you needed to get vehicles out of the way for the dumpster that was needed for old shingles. It is a real busy time of the year for them, so it took a bit to get started on our roof, but once they got to us in the order that we had contacted them. It was done in no time. Great company. The money spent on the roof was going to be for a kitchen remodel. I called the Roof Doctor and a few other companies to get a quote on replacing some shingles on our roof. Rob was very helpful and was the only roofer to take pictures from on top of my roof to alert me to some hail damage. The quote was on par with the other companies, but the personal touch is what sold me. He took the time to explain what was needed and answer my questions. A great experience! Showed up on time, went right to work on our roof repair--the wind had taken some of our shingles down last week. We called several companies, some did not show, some did not respond! We will keep information for The Roof Doctor ---for future reference--- for repairs, etc. We recommend their service. Rob Refinished our Membrane roof this summer. Our home was built in the 70’s and was a rental for some time. Needless to say there were some issues with our roof.
