DO NOT USE GUARDIAN FENCES OF WNY! I feel so bad for my mother who recently hired them to put up her vinyl fence. After nearly 3 months of Guardian Fences not returning calls, not answering for days, and not getting back to her after her initial consultation and estimate, they finally showed up to build [3 MONTHS LATER, no exaggeration!!!] So after two guys showed up for the day and completed the fence, my mother went over to check it out on it and noticed it was awkwardly too short - they had COMPLETELY mis-measured the required amount of fence!! When she brought the layout drawing that was given to her by the initial appraiser and showed it to the gentleman building, they, condescendingly and rudely told her that the fence footage was as stated but failed to admit that the picture was extremely misleading and not at all to scale. They felt they did nothing wrong, and they will not be fixing their unprofessional mixup. The appraiser mis-measured, and the company refused to make the matter right! Now we have a half finished fence, payed for a full fence, and waited months for this let down. As stated below, ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!

Ridiculous. Do not waste your time with this so called 'company'. The first sign of their unprofessionalism was when a rusted, beat up car arrived to my home. They were very, very competitive in price and considering we had an extremely simple job and needed quick work, we decided to hire them and scheduled an installation date. After being an hour late, the estimator showed up asking for a cash down payment and said they'd actually schedule the installation date for another day. By that time I had read their reviews and asked him to leave my home. Seems like a total scam... Completely unprofessional. Their good reviews must have been written by their employees posing as customers.

the salesmen that came to my house,if you want to call him that.was a complete manipulator he promised me the stars the moon and the sun to get the job the production was terriable the never returned my phone calls,so i went down to the shop and it looked like a junkyard and still never returned my phone calls.I will never use that company again.And they will never get anymore of my well earn money again,the guy looked like a scam artist he was bald and eyes of a snake.So thank you so much to the guy that came to my house and you know who you are.John S.I will never let my wife get scamed again when iam not home.

This has been the WORST experience with a contractor that I have ever had, and I have had many. I hesitated giving the company even ONE star. This job was to install 167 linear feet of fence around my pool. As of this writing, it has taken them TWELVE calendar days, and there is still no promise of completion, I made the mistake of thinking that a higher-priced company would provide better service - DO NOT BE FOOLED! THESE JOKERS DO NOT CARE ONE IOTA ABOUT FINISHING MY JOB.

We had a terrific experience with Guardian Fence .Beginning with the office, to the salesman , John , to the Foreman Jim and his crew . Everything was on schedule , professional and competitively priced . And most importantly we have a fence that we are are thrilled with ,and was properly installed ! I know it will be providing privacy and security for many years to come, no matter what kind of weather Buffalo can throw at it . Highly recommended .

My experience with Guardian Fences was nothing less than perfect. John was my sales representative - I would certainly recommend him. Not pushy, knew the products, helped create a fence that served my purpose and met my budget needs. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. I would use them for any fencing needs, and recommend them strongly.
